Why Your Reputation Is an Integral Part of Your Business?  Reputation Is Everything.

You have your business name, your products, your website and your lead generation strategy in place; now all you need is for the money to start rolling in, right? Well, not quite.  A successful business owner knows, reputation is everything and a good reputation will increase your profits continuously more than any sort of expensive advertising can do. Who wouldn’t do whatever it takes to grow profitable?

When your business is online or offline, such as a restaurant, home base biz, dry cleaner, gift shop or any number of other industries, you want to drive local traffic to your site so they know where you are located and you can meet them in person to cater to their needs. So really there are two parts to the equation here: one, they need to know you exist in their local area; and two, they need to be able to read reviews and trust that you are the best one to give them what they want.

Positive customer reviews are the fastest and most reliable way to get customers inside your store and increasing your profits. The more positive reviews you have online, the more your reputation will increase. Your traffic will increase almost exponentially and your store will be filled with customers from the time you open until the time you close. This will attract the attention of other consumers who are shopping in nearby stores and they'll want to know what all the fuss is about.

One way to get reviews is to have your customers fill out comment and rate cards while they're in your store and ask them for their permission to post it to your website (without their full name of course, to protect their privacy.) Have a page that is dedicated to testimonials and reviews, and also post some on each page of your site.

Google Places is another great way to build your reputation and get found on Google. You can add photos, videos and other content to let potential customers know why they should choose you over the competition. You can even respond to reviews that people have posted there. It's a great way to interact with your customers.

Google Places will also let you know what keywords your potential customers are searching on, and what types of products and services are important to them. When you know your customer, you can make better business decisions and give them exactly what they are looking for. They will reciprocate by dealing exclusively with you and telling all of their friends.
Building a good reputation for your business will give you an edge over the competition and once you have established yourself, you won't need to spend as much on advertising and marketing - your customers will do it for you! Statistics show that if you have positive reviews about your establishment, people are 60% more likely to try you out. Of course, there is still the matter of great customer service, great products, great prices and a great location. Once you have a customer's loyalty, you have it for life, and no amount of advertising can match that.

Ladies we are "Virtuous Women of worth" so let's buildup our reputations, sharpen our business skills, network for success and grow profitble for 2012.

Last Minute Gifts Ideas for Unique Conditions

The Holiday Season is certainly the best time for great parties, and there are some perfect online gift ideas for you to give your hostess, as well as to purchase for your very own party bash. The Glowing Wine Glass is popular for low-level lighting parties. The glasses operate on batteries to flood your own drink within a wash of one of seven rainbow colors or enable it to be multi-colored if you are feeling extremely festive. The stems unscrew and the bowls of the glasses usually are dishwasher proof. If you really want to get on your hostess's good side, recommend a game of scrabble - with a Chocolate Scrabble Game. This particular game includes an ordinary scrabble board with 32 individual chocolate word squares made out of quality Belgian chocolate. When you really get around enjoying a game just before all of the choices are scoffed down, the winner gets a big chocolate coin as a prize. Just be sure you hide this particular game until finally needed, or it may inexplicably vanish.

Most moms and dads will start thinking about Christmas around this particular time of the year and worry the thought of going shopping, especially as they don't have any gift ideas yet. One wonderful idea that you can use as part of the presents for your new toddler is a personalized LadyBird Fairytale book.  In LadyBird Fairytales the names of one to four of the main characters can be replaced with those of your family or whatever names you like. This will make the story more exciting and personalized for your child, and may also be something which he or she can keep for when they have their own children someday. There are a few unique fairytales online from which to select and every set contains an A3 poster of the story, a personalized fairytale, a bookmark, an official LadyBird license, a sticker, and a cast list.

Many people believe Christmas is really a commercial holiday which usually begins earlier every year simply to increase sales, and while they're to some degree right, that is not the case for everyone. Sure, this post may seem crazily early, but it is also geared for people who make their own gifts, and people need to start early for this kind of thing. So, I want to talk about a handful of gift ideas together with you, and also get a handful of ideas. I also have got a few ornamentation ideas, but maybe I will save those for the next post. Something that is usually a good idea is to give jars of cookies. Other good ideas are knitted scarves, and as well wooden boxes decorated beautifully to hold papers or stationery. I also really like photo collages, where I actually gather the yearly pictures and put all of them inside a book. I would love to hear other people's suggestions too.

It doesn't matter what you buy for whom, the most significant fact is that your own gift ideas should be something that you take a bit of precious time over. A gift doesn't have to be big or costly, as it's really the idea of the particular gift that will actually matter in the Season of Giving. You can do all your Christmas shopping while you are sitting and relaxing in the convenience of your own home and you could also get much more for less simply because shopping online is far less expensive than shopping in the mall mainly because that online shops do not have huge expenses.

Spa gift ideas are great.  This Christmas Rose Bath Buds - flakes of soap, which usually smell just like rose and melt away in the bath water; Hot Rocks Gift Set With Candle - hot rock therapy for you to give each other to massage away the stress and put you in the mood... A Massage Cushion that could be put behind your neck to ease all the tension of the long working day is exactly what the doctor instructed. Vanilla Moon candles which certainly not go out, don't burn up or drip as they are battery-powered and remote controlled as well as exude a lovely vanilla aroma will create a romantic atmosphere in any home. A pack of 2 Phasing Spa Lights to drop into a bath or Jacuzzi to make that warm sensuous glow is simply perfect. If none of those ideas get you, you might like to Name a Star after your love one or even get them a sparkling Diamante Mouse for their laptop or computer.
Not having enough great gift ideas?  Know how you always tell the love ones’ of your life that you would give them the moon and the stars? Well, at least one of them... The online Name a Star set comes with an introduction letter, a registration card which usually needs to be completed in order to join the star and obtain an A4 Certification of Registry, a map of the night skies poster. Additionally, included is an A4 star-co-ordinates certificate which usually consists of actual details upon the location of the signed up owner's personal star. Of course, one doesn't truly own the star, as nobody can own them; however the concept of getting one named after you is a very very nice idea. Information on how one can sign in on the Star Registry is supplied. When you have love in your heart and stars in your own eyes, then this gift will make a smashing Christmas Gift.

Happy Holiday Everyone. Please remember it's the thought that counts and not the cost.  This holiday season is difficult for many families, individuals especially children.  Let's trying and be a blessing to someone else.

How to Stop your Weight from Going Up This Holiday Season

Holiday weight gain is often accepted as part of the season. Depending on what holidays you celebrate, the high-calorie treats can start at the end of October and go through to Valentine's Day! But weight gain does not have to be inevitable. Here are some tips for avoiding it this year.
Reduce Stress.   Some sources point out that stress can be just as much a factor in weight gain as excess calories. Engage in your favorite stress-reducing activity such as meditation, prayer, stretching, or deep breathing. Regular Exercise
Yes, you've heard this before. But regular exercise not only reduces stress which, as noted above, is also a factor in weight gain; it also keeps excess weight at bay by burning it off. During the fall, exercises like regular walking and hiking are fairly easy to do; but when the weather gets cold, dark and wet in the winter, it can be more challenging. That's when a fun exercise video can be a big help, or a mini indoor trampoline. You could also enroll in a class or go to the gym where you can exercise indoors.
Another benefit of exercise is the potential for appetite control. Sources say that vigorous exercise can reduce your appetite for several hours, so consider a brisk walk or workout before a holiday get-together.
Set Limits Ahead of Time
This has probably happened to you - at a family gathering, party, or other holiday event, you are faced with all kinds of "naughty" foods that you know you shouldn't eat. The event ends with you eating plenty of goodies and feeling guilty about it.
This is what happens when you don't have predetermined limits. Instead of having a vague idea like "I really shouldn't eat so much," or an overly-strict approach like "I won't eat any sweets or fat," try setting realistic limits that still allow you to have some treats. For example, before an event, tell yourself you will eat one sweet item and one small portion of a fattening food, such as rich dip and chips. And you can fill up on low-calorie foods like vegetable crudités or shrimp cocktail.
It's about More Than Food
Try not to get fixated on the food at a holiday event; the holiday season is about more than food. This perspective helps whether you're throwing the event or attending. Think of the gathering primarily as time together to talk or dance and the food as a sideline.
Be Careful with Beverages
Wine has fewer calories than beer or hard liquor, and rich dessert liqueurs can really be high in calories and fat. So if you want to have a drink, try to go for wine, but not too much - if you get too relaxed you might lose your inhibitions about the food you're eating. To stick to your limits and discipline, it's probably a good idea to minimize alcoholic beverages.
Non-alcoholic beverages can pack in calories, too, depending on the recipe. If you're throwing the party, look for low-calorie, lighter versions of favorites like eggnog and cocoa.
